Hi. Perhaps you could help me out.
As you can see I'm still 18 so I don't have a job just yet. I still study at college. So I can't afford a gym. That's why I do my training at home.

I do pushups (I think that that's how it's written) since I was 14 years old, so basically I have a killer body (that's what girls say :D ).
I used to do 50 pushups in a row.

But I started to think that maybe that was not too effective so I set up a "training routine":

3 series of pushups. The first one with 35 pushups and the other two with 20.
115 abdominals ina row.
3 series of 15 lateral raises (to work out shoulders).

I've been doing this for the last 3 or 4 months, alomost every day (day yes/day no) and I'm liking the results, but I know it's pretty basic or maybe some things are even wrong.
I would like to know the opinion of an expert so he could help me out preparing a training routine that I can do at home.

By the way, I don't want an extremly exagerated musculated body. I just want to mantain an enhance my body, withou becomming an extremly large guy.

Thanks.

Sorry for all expressions like "extremly large guy", but my mother language isn't the english. :D

As others have recommended: Doing dips between two sturdy chairs will probably take care of most upper body "enhancements". (at least to begin with :))

I have a weight bench and I do the dips on the handles that the weights would normally set on.
