Im getting 2gs of protein per 1kg bodyweight (mostly from low-fat dairy products, especially milk, from chicken and from several other foods) , eat enough calories, use creatine in cycles, and take a vitamin c supplement (a powder and just a little of it) once a day, get enough sleep, drink as little alcohol as possible (if u still wanna go out and have fun once in a while ;-)) and I think my workout routine is pretty effective, also.

Any suggestions what I should do/ pay attention to if I wanna get better results than Im getting at the moment? I'm satisfied with my results and everything, but maybe theres something else I could do which would help me a great deal...

I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to increase my gains some more.

I don't think it would be a huge help but you could take some fish oil everyday. It's one of those "little things" I guess hehe. Goodluck.

Madgame,
I'm feeling kind of like you are. I've seen some good results the first 2 months i was lifting, but the last 2-3 months haven't been as noticeable. I'm getting stronger, but i don't visibly look bigger.

I just vented to my powerlifter friend, and he said,
"dude, people who make muscle gains of just a few pounds a year are happy!!! Re-read that last statement...a few times. You are trying to make years worth of gains in a few months. Secondly, you have been working out for a few short months, in that time it has probably taken you at least 3 weeks out of that time to get a routine going. Just how much muscle do you think you have built in that time frame? This s*t takes TIME and for some it takes f**king YEARS!!!"

So, i'm just going to try and work harder to bust through this "plateau" i have.

Also, i guess the golden rule of the gym is, "You only get out of it what you put into it..."

So, instead of trying to find the magical missing ingrediant, like hormones or something i can buy, i have to make sure i'm giving 100% in the gym.

Stormwriter, thanks for your input and I agree with what youre saying, but u got me wrong. Ive been working out (seriously and properly) for about 4-5 years now. I am satisfied with the results Im getting..If I do everything properly (including nutrition, not drinking too much alcohol, not being ill,...) Im still able to increase my bench (just an example) by 2,5kgs (approximately 5,5 lbs) every 3 or 4 weeks, which would be 30kgs (66lbs) or even more a year (and Im pretty close to my personal goal also). I am satisfied with these results. Its just that, ever since Ive been on this forum Ive seen some interesting advice and everything (I guess you never know it all). I thought there might be something that might help me increase my gains (even) more. I was wondering whether somebody thought that some other supplement (though I think they´re overrated all in all) or paying attention to when I get the protein or something like that was kinda essential.

I promise you if you`re getting stronger the muscle mass will follow. Maybe its just because muscle mass grows in spurts, or maybe its just that 2-3 months are just a really little period (then again u shouldt have looked visibly bigger after the first 2 months either though). If you're getting stronger as in being able to lift heavier weights, just stick to it. There's no way you'll be getting stronger for a extended period of time without getting bigger muscles.
