Does anybody know how to restore total confidence?
I'll make a long story short
At primary shool I was you could say an alfa male every month we had a disco and all the girls wanted to dance with me most would wait till I finished dancing one song some would even fight to get a dance.(You couldn't even amagine what I would give to get that back. :D
Then came the unavoided confidence killing day I moved 700mls to a new town and High school just started and the people who I stayed with their daught spread a rumor about me and after 4 months I became the biggest loser of all time noone would give me a chance because the girl was semi popular so they never believed me. :(
For 4 years straight I got hassled even by a teacher(no bull I told the principal but he didn't believe me) one time I couldn't take anymore so I nearly said byebye to myself I also gained 70lbs in that time. :(
My confidence and alpha maleness when form 100% to 0%
Now 3 years later I still have no convidence so can some one give me some advice I be so grateful to anyone that can help.
Thanks in advance:D

if you want to help your self image out, start by goin to the gym, not only you will see the changes you can make, but it actually makes you feel better, even if you had a rotten day. use all your anger an put it in the gym, use it to drive you to do more.
an you want to boost your confidence with women.. well your at the right spoy, read though the dj bible an it will take you step by step. this site is gold an it seems to get better an better.
so read on an move on.
your new life will begin as soon as you let it.

that's not true for some people.

I used to work out every day at school. Weights, curles, leg and upper torso.

I didn't get any more toned than when I started, and I barely improved being able to carry weights. I constantly was tired, and I felt like **** the whole time. I went for 8 months. Then the next year, another 8 months. During this time, I saw little to no improvement; and according to the fitness trainer from Golds that the school hired, I seemed to be doing everything correctly. I'd work out 6 days a week, for at least 2 hours. the only improvement is that I did a tiny bit better at the end of those 8 months at the heavier weights. I still felt like crap, I was in pain a lot.

Right now I do about 8 miles a day. I eat pretty healthy. (I started getting a gut, and I want it off.) I haven't lost a pound, and I am no healthier than when I started, 2 months ago. Granted, it's just walking and riding bikes, but something SHOULD be happening.

Sometimes working out just doesn't amount to much benefit.

Point is: Don't bother if it's not doing you any good after 4 months.

Don't go nuts over anything. Be smart, do things in moderation.

Good points. Working out 6 days a week for 2 hours is way too much in my opinion, and thus your lack of sufficient gains could have resulted from overtraining yourself. On a side note, this just tells you how personal trainers aren't always right about everything. Above all, you should be having FUN while doing this. And in this case, less is more.

I will back up these guys.

I have been feeling a little blue lately..I went roller blading and played some raquet ball..worked up a sweat..and I felt 100% better..

I wasnt even thinking of my problems..or confidence..

WHile playing raquetball..some chick even came up to me and asked if I had another rack so she could play too..I didnt..so she left..

Exercise is natures remedy for depression, low self esteem, lack of confidence etc..

TATOO these words in your mind
