Hey, I got some Body Fortress Super Creatine High Performance Muscle Mass and Strength Fuel.
Looks like it isn't just creatine, but a whole lot of other stuff. On the back it says:
Calories 150
Carbs 32 g
Sugars 32 g
Phosphorus (as Magnesium Phosphate, Potassium Phosphate and Sodium Phosphate) 180 mg
Magnesium 65 g
Sodium 95 mg
Potassium 90 mg
Creatine Monohydrate 5.25 g
Taurin 1 g
But, I want to load on creatine. I've read that you need to space out 25g of creatine to load on it. The problem is that it has a lot of this other junk in it (thought I was buying just creatine).
Is it safe if I take 5 scoops of this a day (for five days)? I will be getting 25 g of creatine for my load but a lot of calories, carbs, potassium, etc.
Any thoughts?
