Need help with cashier

I am a regular customer in this gas station. For the last five or six weeks the minute I walk in the cashier probaly a hb7 or hb7.5 starts busting my balls and we flirt back in forth for a few minutes with alot of tension. Two weeks ago I told her to give me the reciept for the gas and write her number on it. She wouldnt do it. What should I do to take this to next level?

It doesn't matter; the bottom line is that if she was interested, she would have given you the number. Women flirt for any number of reasons (attention, validation, to tease guys, to practice etc.). It doesn't necessarily mean they are interested.
This is a lost cause. Move on and pursue other projects.

Just because a woman is flirting with you does not mean she's interested. Many women flirt because they like attention from men...regardless of whether they are attracted to these men. Plus, being a cashier is not the most exciting job in the world. She's flirting with customers because she's bored.

I know this but I have noticed she flirts with me and ignores other guys. Yesterday I was in line with several younger dudes but she completely ignored them and flirted with me.

Flirting means NOTHING! I've had women sit on my lap,rub their boobs against me, take my phone out of my pocket and call their phone so they have my number.... and never got a date with them.
