need help with annoying girl

I met this girl a few years ago and when I was ****faced drunk and afc we made out n what not...she got my number and called me after but would do stuff like say ill call you right back and then not call ect ect super lame and she picked up on my afcness for sure

so we stopped talking but she recently messaged me on myspace...we messaged back n forth then I got her number....

now i text her and a few DAYS later she texts me back and of course I go right for the hangout but she stoppes returning my txt

it's this same annoying game she is trying to play anyone ever run into this?

I already have some thoughts on how to handle but would appreciate advice...and if we do hang out it is an easy easy lay cause she is a nympho/bi and really hot

Plus she has probably has a bf
