Hi everyone,
I have finally decided that I want to cut up. So I completely read Diesel's Guide To Cutting Up and that really did help a lot. Well, I have been planning everything so I get the right amount of Protiens, Carbs, and Fat while at the same time keeping my calories at my base level. So, one of my questions is what about things like Sodium and Cholesterol? Aren't those things important to consider? Well, if anyone has any advice on what should be the proper intake for those please go ahead and post. THANKS
BTW I have a book on Food Count (to tell you all about the nutrition facts on practically every food) so if you need any info Ill look it up and post it.
