so I'm 15 turning 16 in august, I am sure that I won't be growing more than 4 more inches so I;ve decided to start working out,

I'm 6 foot 1 and 79-82 kg depending on the time of day (after meal, ate too much or little previous day etc)

so anyway I wanna imrpove on

my jaw line and baby cheeks - my baby cheeks just like make my face look too big and babyish!

my abs - wanna grow a six pack

my legs in general - they're huge from the top part of the thighs to the ankle (and i'm the star of my hs baskrtball team), my hips will look great once these look better

my lower back - it like becomes bigger as it goes down instead of become smaller

what I like about myself

my general face - yeah sure i got baby cheeks but i got a nice smile and damn that keeps me hot

my shoulders - big robust, kinda makes me look stronger than i am

my arms - not too muscle full but you can definitely see the curves

my **** - i am a proud man

my ass - girl's ask me to shake it so...

my genetical muscle shape - even though I might have a bit of fat in some areas to not show them off, i like the general shape so I'd like to work out and get these to show more

so anyway just like some help which could get the things i dont like to the things i do like, any help appreciated.

to get rid of your baby cheeks and to get visible abs you need to cut your bodyfat down. read diesels sticky cutting guide. lower back is either genetics(bone structure) or also because you have some fat there. the part about the legs i didnt understand

You may have gynecoid obesity.

It basically means you have fat accumulation in areas that women would normally have. I've lost alot of weight before and still has the fat in those areas, so it doesn't apply to only 'obese' people.

Also does your buttocks stick out more than normal? It could either be from bad posture that can be corrected with:

Or the gynecoid thing. I have both, and in addition to that I also have Gynecomastia. Which sucks balls.
