Hey dudes...

Im in a bit of a rut. Im currently bulking but i need to improve my cardiovascular health. I need to go the distance during BJJ sparring and matches. Now i could do running, skipping ,swiming but i will lose mass and i dont want that. How can i get fitter cardio health and lose minimal mass?

All you need to worry about with cardio is that the extra exercise is burning more caleries and speeding up your metabolism. Logically, eating more caleries can counter that.

Your not gonna become a runt after a little cardio.

Sprints of "Interval training" are good and you won't lose mass.

Yeah, but cardio reduces appetite.

WHAT?! If it reduces appetite you're doing way too much. I'm sorry, but I don't know anyone who does cardio regularly and doesn't eat like a horse. (myself being a case in point - leg day is the only day I don't feel like eating because I don't do cardio in the morning, I am starving the rest of the week).

Maybe I should have been more specific, but yea that's pretty much what I meant.
