I mentioned before I got a serious back injury last year, and I'm slowly getting back into shape.
So far all I'm doing is Bench Presses (no problem), Lat pulldowns (no problem), and curls (problem).
The problem with curls is that it puts the wrong kind of stress on my damaged spine so I have to find a way to do them without the spine stress.
What are the alternatives these days that would take the pressure off my spine?
Also, all my life my biceps have been the most difficult muscles to respond to training. My shoulders, back and legs respond great to training, but my biceps have always been weak and very slow to respond. Any tips would be appreciated.
