Need advice

Hey.

I've been bulking up for a couple of months now and put about 15-20 pounds on and it's goin pretty sweet to be honest.

Problem is i'm going on holidays in two weeks with some friends (booked it ages before i started working out) and it's gonna be two solid weeks of drinking, partying and meetin' ladies....

I don't wanna hurt my gains though!

Chances are slim that I'll find a gym over there, and im gonna try eating as healthy as i can, and not drink everyday but...


anything else i can do to maintain my new muscle?

You won't lose any muscle in two weeks - you didn't build it that quickly, so you won't lose it that quickly.

Eat well and enjoy yourself, your body will appreciate a break, and you'll be stronger and more motivated to get back to training after your holiday.

If you're prone to losing muscle easily then maybe a few MRP sachets or something .. although I doubt it'd be necessary.

Muscle atrophy starts about 72 hours after the last stimulus.

Things you can do:
high-tension bodyweight exercises such as one legged squats, one armed pushups, go do pullups on those Walk/Don't Walk lights etc.
 

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

sh0t, I've gone for a few weeks on a truly crap diet and little to no exercise.. never lost any muscle. Catabolism is not as easy to achieve as people think - of course much depends on metabolism here.
