Hey guy's I need some help...
I have a BMI of 26.7 and want to lose weight, I am not super over weight since I do have a decent figure (worked out before but procrastinated) but would like to become fight and mean! I started to run which I do everyday now and I do situps, and crunches....the bad thing is I dont have a lot of machines the only thing I have is a free bench press which I have declined right now. I need some help as to shed weight and gain more muscle, if you guys have any tips or advice for me I would really much appreciate it and no I cant go to a gym sorry.
