I suggest you start with a solid daily cardio program and lifting weights 3x a week. You should also get out of the house more. That is what we typically write here, since it will give you confidence and make you more attractive and socially attuned (and thus credible and convincing), and so eventually find you the girl you want because everyone here understands dating is a two-way street.
