G'day

I'm in the process of cutting and bulking up and putting quite alot of focus of my midriff area; it's a great way to improve general core stability (useful for the rugby I play) as much as anything else. One problem I've encountered, however, is that while I find my upper and middle ab muscles easy to workout, with weighted situps and crunches for the most part, I find it dificult to work my lower abs. It's gotten to the point where my upper abs are quite visible, my middle abs slightly less so, but my lower abs barely visible, and only then when I tense. What exercise would you reccomend to stop my stomach looking oddly...disproportiante :p ?

Cheers
Adam

leg raises. also, when doing any other core movements pay attention to keeping your entire ab wall under tension. but keep in mind that the lower part already be just as developed as the rest, but the lowest are the hardest to reveal -- bodyfat, bloating and anything else will obscure them first.

don't be fooled by 'burn'--just b/c you feel it in the upper ab wall doesn't necessarily mean you're working that part any harder.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

So is there any need in switching around ab exercises? I'm just wondering if I might aswell just stick to the good 'ole weighted situps. What about static exercises? Are they primarily for endurance or do they help make visible muscle too?

Thanks for all the advice:)
