Need a bit of advice

Hey Everyone,

I went out on a date last friday with this great girl. We seems to hit it off really well and she asked me to accompany her to a family wedding which is 2 weeks away. She had finals in college this past week told me that she wasn't going to be available for the week. My main problem is with the phone.lol I was never good at calling at the right times and it seems she is the one calling me. I don't want her to lose interest because I don't call and I don't want to call too much. I just don't want to mess this up.. Should I wait to call her after her finals? Plus this weekend is mothersday. She wanted to take me shopping for a dress shirt for the informal dinner the day before the wedding, but with my work I need to know a few days in advace so I can get off work on time. Any advice would be appreciated.

that was my problem is its killing me, i get 2 insecure about a bloody phone call. now quit whining and examine the logic. you gave valuable explanations to call. of course you should to set a time so you can go get a dress shirt blah blah. of course, you are busy and dont have time for riff raff. give her a call.



you have to start worrying when your thinking "i called her yesterday and i miss her so i need to call her"....its only one day so thats called insecurity.

try and spot the difference. Im seeing it in myself now. My afc problems was that i never called enough because i was terrified by the phone. I'd call once in a while and that was it, and i showed little interest and was boring. after getting a number id sometimes wait weeks sometiems longer and then id call and seh would be "wtf"

Here's the main rule when it comes to calling a girl you like over the phone.

Call When Necessary

That's it. Don't call her up to just chat. Don't call her for no other reasons than things you need to know. If you have a upcoming date, call her and say where and when and that's it.

Call to set up dates only at first. dont always answer your phone when she calls and dont always be there for her. she wants you to go shopping with her? thats somethign her hor friends do, NOT you! stop letting her arrange everything and pick up your balls and make the phone call to set up the dates.
