My neck looks skinny for skinny guy like me. I see some people are skinny but their neck is big enough, so they look strong.

Is there any work out that help make your neck bigger or stronger?

Anyone heare have this experience?

IT has alot to do with length. my friend has a huge neck he is 235 8% body fat 6'3 and still looks like he has a skinny neck becuase its long. You can do traps and it should make a little difference, but really is neck all you have to worry about. cmon its not a big deal

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

All good suggestions, but don't forget you can't target size to certain body parts, and you won't gain any size without a good diet and ample rest...your caloric intake will determine how much mass you're able to add...and the traps get a lot of secondary resistance during shoulder and back routines.

You can target size. If I only did bicep workouts, my biceps would probably be the only muscles that really grew very much.

Neck muscles are important in good upper posture, not just looks. In particular, if your head is slumped forward, you want to work out your Sternocleidomastoids.

I recently found a good way to do this. Lay on the floor or on top of something on your back and reach your hands straight out over your head. Tuck your chin in and hold your head cantilevered straight out horizontally. You will feel your front neck muscles getting pumped and will probably reach muscle failure within just a minute or so. Remember, your head weighs as much as a bowling ball!

The payoff is then a thicker neck as well as better posture. This exercise is better than the other ones shown because it simply uses gravity rather than extra weights.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Do this, but nod your head up and down for a minute. Then do side-center-side-center. We use these in Muay Thai to build up the neck.
