PT stuff is hard because what we do for exercises aren't going to be done for rehab. Rehab is a slow process and the exercises for that area are a whole different thing. Even machine wise as well.

For instance there are quite a few tubes, bands, balls, putty, and various items used in PT depending on the seriousness of recovery, and what type of injury. For instance, a bad knee injury. You wont see the person performing squats.

Are you after these because you need to do them yourself or what? You wont find tons of people on here that will have PT advice for you.

Even degree wise, PT people are in a different area than Exercise Scientists and Athletic Trainers, etc. They each will be trained different.

A PT will get a basic background in exercises, but they dont study this aspect of things (bodybuilding, powerlifting, etc) and we dont study the PT end.

I know this wasn't the answer you wanted, but you may find it hard to get that advice you need if it is what you are truly after.

I'd visit a doctor, to be told what to do, when to do it, and how.
You can't rehab your own injuries very easily if it's "serious", I've found.

I don't trust chiropractors. One told me that she was my neck was so bad she was surprised I was even standing up, even though I had been standing up for 3 weeks since the x-rays she was looking at, and I was standing up when they took the x-rays. On that same first visit, her massages were painful so that was not a good sign. This was a chiropractor recommended to me by my doctor.

My friend went to a chiropractor who said he had some sort of major disalignment, and after 45 visits she could fix it, which would also fix his severe allergies. Hah.

It's not serious that's the thing. In fact I can't even feel the pain I felt when I made this post.

About the doctor, been there done that. I could go back to the PT, but it's inconvenient, and as you said it's not major. I don't really need recovery, I need maintenance.

I'm just trying to get some good posture, neck, and back tips/exercises. I'm not worried about having bulging neck muscles or anything, I'm just trying to keep them strong enough to support my spine. The reason I mentioned PT is because the PT gave me some a while ago. She said I should keep doing them after I recovered because they were good. And they definitely did help a lot.
