narrow frame

i have been bulking for 4 months now, and every muscle group is very visible without flexing, when i look at my entire body, its still very narrow, especially my shoulders and hips, the muscles are protruding, but width wise i am still pretty small?

how can i grow wider?

i think adding reps will help
but i like a narrow/lean frame personally so I do kinda low reps (8x2/6x3)
but i heard that to get bigger muscles you should do at least 10x3/12x2 etc
