WOW.........I was reluctant and aprehensive at first...........but when Mystery and his wings decimated the bar with their flirtacious antics........I was hooked.

Its quite apparent who will win the $50000 and tour with Mystery, I gotta give props to VH1 for selecting the applicants (tall skinny dude, asian computer geek, the california pretty boy, the suave latino guy, the 45 year old virgin, the token fat guy, the handsome loser, etc)


8 episodes............I THINK WE HAVE THE PICK-UP ARTIST SECOND EDITION in the mix.

Good Job Mystery!!!!

I am now an offical fan........I base that on all the other precedent crappy shows (confessions of a match maker, can't get a date)

I watched it as well.. Thought it was pretty cool.. I think the "girls think im gay" guy is the best off, he seemed to be able to initiate, but not go past that..

I thought it was very entertaining, and when the 3 of them went out, they practically raided the place..

you can see in the preview that they all start to style up (hair, clothing) - they cry and get all emotional and stuff. boy.. it'll be a fun season. beats beauty and the geek heh.

you can see the MM clearly.. (ie, matador doing the "pick a number from 1 to 4 thing lol).. So.. I think as long as we start shifting toward our own openers, direct game or natural game, we'll be alright. We'll be alright. :woo:

I think the coolest thing is getting gother with several dudes and doing something cool as that. Is there such a thing for simple folks like us? Like getting together and practicing. You know, peer pressure and stuff, working in our favor?

I liked it.

I liked the part where they went on the field and failed, because in my mind I imagined what I would've said to make the conversation go further.

Another thread merger? Anyway I thought it was okay. It's good to see some of those guys atleast trying, but it was pretty pathetic that 2 of the dudes didn't even do anything. I admit I probably wouldn't have gotten anywhere at my skill level, but I would've atleast tried. I like how the nerdy kid was the only one who tried to number close. It was also funny when that one dude gamed the Asian Girl got rejected and then Mystery comes up there getting success on the same girl.

lol i couldnt stop laughing at the boxer guy at the club something asbout his stance in the club just looking and doing nothing acting like he was waiting for some and face just seemed so stupid ,pathetic and funny to me

Something tell me Pradeep dude is gonna be one of the first ones out. Dude just seems weird to me. I'd say that Florida dude was getting out early, but previews suggest otherwise. Blonde dudes definitely staying in and I think the nerdy dude is too.

his act was pretty funny lol!
He seems to have a natural easy going personality and sense of humor if he would just relax a little bit and tighten up his game he could do well. They are all just shy and inhibited..nothing a little gaming can't fix :rockon:

overall it was a cool show!

I don't really like how shows like this (ie, Beauty and the Geek) really strive on showing how these guys are total losers . I guess it's kind of the point of the show, but they really spin it into a preconceived storyline. In the first (few) episodes they'll show all of their outrageous lines and expressions, and then as the show goes on they will cut clips on how they're normal people, to try and show some miraculous change that occurred.

As for Mystery's performance in the club in episode one, it was alright, but a couple of the girls were obviously very, very drunk. I mean, he's been doing this for a living for several years so he has his routine down, I think anyone who spends that much time running an act on girls at a bar will have it down. I think if he started making out with a girl or got a phone number, they would have shown that, to epitomize "how good he is". Instead, they just showed him flirting with drunk girls. So he was good...but not that good.

Also, the Austin setting is pretty much a given as that was just voted best looking women by Playboy magazine. I'm guessing they were right by UT.

i liked the show and think it will do those guys and hopefully other afc's and nice guys alot of good. I must say i was laughing at the lack of game of the nice guy''s it was to funny. Then Mystery and his crew dominated the whole place. It's most certainly going to be a entertaining and humorous show.

ROFL that had made laughing so hard too. Then their was the guy who was like "so how much for a hair cut" a few response then he's like "that cool, good job, then "awesome. ROFL to much humor. Also i like the blonds kid i could tell when i first saw him that he has the most potential. I think alvaro the loser who stood in the corner will have good potential to.

Exactly the guy who mentioned that he wasn't that good simply sounds like a hater. Mystery or any of his wingmans could have ****ed those women if they so chose to. Drunk or not those chicks were clearly into them.

I think a regular joe with enough gaming experiance could've pulled off the exact same things (or better) he did,minus the clown gear and all...
