My Workout Plan

Can u guys evaluate my workout plan?

Here are my goals: [Lose my spare tires, and gain muscle]

I currently weigh 165 pounds. I would like to be at least 170 by the end of summer. (All muscle). I think thats a reasonable goal...

Heres my current workout:

(ive been doing this since February)

Lift weights: (4-5 times a week) I break it up into 3 days (3 muscle groups). Instead of doing heavy weight, i do less weight with higher reps (14+) , until it burns and i cant do no more. I dont feel a burn when i do heavy weights (8-10 reps)

Cardio (2-3 times a week): Ethier an eliptical for 20 minutes, or I run a mile on the track

Results:
In FEBR. 07', i weighed 165 - - i still weigh the same now

However, I lost fat around my waist. In Feb, I used to buckle my buckle to the 2nd hole (and it was tight). Now i can buckle it to the third hole (comfortably)

I didn't gain that much muscle...I don't really notice any difference.

What am i doing wrong?

What exactly are these three muscle groups you have broken your routine into?

Why are you doing such high reps? It's absolutely worthless for packing on muscle.

Stop using the eliptical, people might start thinking you have a vagina.

What's your diet like?

Your not gaining because your routine is trash and your diet is trash and you don't have any idea what your doing which is normal most of us go through a long bs phase before finding the correct information.

Do a search for the idiots guide and read that up and you'll be set
