I'm currently 5'9ish, and weigh 174lb.
I'm a bit concerned with my routine as since I've started lifting my squat has been lagging quite a bit to my benchpress. I can only squat 250ish with a few reps before I feel like I need to quit, where as I can rep 255 bench about 3-4 times.
I need to structure a better legworkout, what setup (X x XX, X x X, etc) should I follow? I wish to mainly keep it to squats, deadlifts and legpress.
