Long story short I had no idea how darkness look like, I start clubbing at 12am and leave at 6 ot 7am when the sun is rised again, then sleep till 2pm have a hugh breakfast and hit the gym.

Till now numbers at the gym didnt decrease but sometime even increased but my diet is not exacly clean and I sense less volume on my mucles, not sure if thats because of fvcking up with nature laws or simply lack if liquids.

Anybody?

Although new to the game I'd suggest just keeping an eye on this. Intake more fluids, perhaps swap out a routine or try a shock tactic routine on your body and go from there.

I heard being de-hydrated can cause weight loss. I'm not a bodybuilder so I could care less about being ripped and having a six pack. If your goals are to look more like a bodybuilder its a pretty big commitment with your diet, exercise and overall health. I think its okay to go out and party on the weekends or have some beer after work. Though, keep in mind what your goals are and put in the effort to get the results you want.

Sleeping is the most anabolic activity you can do. Meaning, that is when your muscles repair themselves the most. A solid sleeping schedule is paramount to muscle recovery, which could be why you say they have less volume lately. I don't really think it matters when you sleep as long as you get enough hours, and it's regular, which does NOT mean getting 9 hours of sleep one night and expecting it to be alright to get 4 hours the next because of that. I know sometimes it's out of our control, but you should try your best.

Your poor diet is another thing, too. It is very hard to eat 100% clean all the time, but you should still try your best. And from the looks of it you're only eating 1 big meal a day, which is bad for obvious reasons.

It must not be too bad though if you're still seeing occasional gains, and because of the fact you're not losing anything.
