My pt told me to eat 1300 calories a day.

Hello. I gained 15 kilos in the last month and reached 120 kilos. My height is 185.
I started going to the gym. The pt there wrote me a workout and nutrition program, but my nutrition program contains 1300 calories per day. He said we will continue this for 40 days.
It was good for me, but I'm afraid of hair loss, nausea during exercise, slowing down metabolism and sagging skin.
I wonder if there will be a problem?

I consulted my dietician. He recommended a more normal diet.

Unnecessary. However, do cut out all beverages except for water, black coffee, and tea. Most people drink 500 calories a day.

From there, talk to a nutritionist to try to make healthier choices that you can tolerate eating.
