You have absolutely no chest and shoulder definition, and weight loss is lousy. I let someone else tell you did a great job.

I'm doing simple dumbbell work outs with supersetting, burns fat and builds muscle. I recommend those, every 48 hours, start with 30 lbs each, progress to 40, 50, 60, etc.. Amounts to 10 to 20 lbs of fat loss per month. All you do is weights, diet, and cardio. Perhaps you didn't stick with what you doing hard enough, pretty much anything you pick up and stick with seriously will get you results. www.fitnessmadesimple.com

You're not feeling good about your body and your workout. When you do, your face looks a lot more attractive, instead of confused.

10kg in 2 months? That's not bad at all my chubby chum.
Keep up the good work!

Keep going man! No one can expect to transform into a chiselled adonis overnight, but you are moving in the right direction. Dropping 5kgs per month sounds like good steady progress and you definitely look slimmer on the 2nd pic.

It is you folks who don't have a clue. 22 lbs in 3 months (not 2) is 7 lbs per month lousy. YOu can't see muscle definition because he's loosing it as well and doing the stupid push pull.

Nothing wrong with push pull when you bulking up. It's just without super setting an working out at a cardio pace he's just building muscle, not burning fat at the same time. Lousy. I see no results, there is a better and easier way.

Holding hands around camp fire with these jokers is foolish. In this same amount of time loosing 40 lbs should be a breath. I'm amazed by the stupid advice on fat loss on these boards. War Boss Alex is the same joker that once told me I'm too fat to run.

DjSlvt: I never said he had the most effective or quick technique of losing weight. There are quicker ways, but he is making progress and I give the guy all the credit in the world for that.

If it was easy to lose fat, there would be no fat people in the world. At least this guy has found a regeime that's comfortable for him and is providing results.

Good improvement. 10 Kg or 22 lbs is a lot. Keep it up. What is your current routine?

Also, ignore people who criticize what you're doing... if it's working for you, and it seems to be, keep doing it.

HEY. djSlvt spend exactly $0.00 for PUA and workout material. If you're a nerd like me, then you know how to use P2P.

ANYTHING YOU PICK UP AND STICK WITH WILL BRING YOU RESULTS.

It IS easy to lose fat. The hard part is doing it while making gains in the gym and trying not to lose muscle.

If those are hardly concerns it's really damn easy with proper implementation of knowledge and a little will power.

What makes it hard is people just being lazy and not even going as far as wanting to take a walk. Or having 0 will power at all to not eat pizza at 11pm right before bed with their friends. And whenever the average person does try to lose fat they do some retarded diet like an all watermelon diet or something crazy. Or they just cut calories down to nothing.

I lost 30 lbs once in a summer before i was seriously into lifting. I did cardio everyday. Not for long. Wasn't difficult. Just had to put on some damn shorts and a tshirt and go and not eat breakfast cereal all night. I still didn't even eat that well. I got chinese buffet and drank far too much but just the sheer fact that I tried to be somewhat reasonable with my diet and made myself active led to decent fat loss.

Hell one of the biggest things I did was going from coke to diet coke. Know how many calories that saves?!
