I've got a problem for this forum. I want to bulk up, but my school they require me to do sports 5 times aday for about 1 hr a day or sometimes depending on the sport 2 hrs a day. there's lots of crdio required. that's not the half of it. this is a boarding school, which means I eat all my meals there. They dont like special requests. I can get whey protein at wallmart thats not a problem, but i read the sticky and that sample diet is going to be hard to stick to cuz its way boring. and i know that im not going to be able to keep that up for very long. how do i get them to tailor to me, or how can i bulk up with these demands? 5 times a week for 1-2 hrs, with lots of cardio required. Its dancing or rowing, or soccer or running, but i dont think i'm going to beable to run. PLEASE HELP! oh by the way, how long does this take to see real results? no comercial bull, real answer. thanks
