My Problem

I've got a problem for this forum. I want to bulk up, but my school they require me to do sports 5 times aday for about 1 hr a day or sometimes depending on the sport 2 hrs a day. there's lots of crdio required. that's not the half of it. this is a boarding school, which means I eat all my meals there. They dont like special requests. I can get whey protein at wallmart thats not a problem, but i read the sticky and that sample diet is going to be hard to stick to cuz its way boring. and i know that im not going to be able to keep that up for very long. how do i get them to tailor to me, or how can i bulk up with these demands? 5 times a week for 1-2 hrs, with lots of cardio required. Its dancing or rowing, or soccer or running, but i dont think i'm going to beable to run. PLEASE HELP! oh by the way, how long does this take to see real results? no comercial bull, real answer. thanks

Ask if they'll make special meals for you. If they can't then, purchase a gallon of chocolate milk and carry it with you during the day and drink on it. Another idea is to buy the gallon size of tampico fruit punch and mix in 100g whey protein and drink that troughout the day. The milk will get warm, but it's not going to kill you.

As for results? geez depending on how strict you workout and your diet you'll see results probably within 3 weeks.

If you're bulking... the main point is to just shovel enough food down your gullet till you see results... boring ass food is for cutting diets.. you just have to eat more to compensate for the calories you are burning doing cardio.

As to how long it's going to take; it all depends on this:

1. your genetics
2. how much you eat
3. how hard you hit it in the gym
4. how much sleep you get

if you are doing it right, you should start seeing results in about 6-8 weeks - a good sign - you're getting much stronger as the weeks go by, not to mention the scale going up!

How many times a day do you eat at school?

p.s. what school are you at? just curious.
