I went on 2 dates with this HB8 and we had lots of fun and established lots of rapport. Waited a few days and invited her to come over and watch a movie, and she said she was busy. She has been giving me lots of IOIs that she likes me. She also counteroffered to hang out on the weekend, and I told her maybe. What should my next move be, to remain mysterious and to move things along?

She may have actually been busy to which why she may have counter-offered, if you like her then take her up on it....but not sounding needy/desperate. If she counter-offers then say sure if i have free time on that given day. Dont become harsh to her. Your next move? Take her up on the counter-offer bro. Tell her you found a spot in your busy schedule this weekend to hang out.
Colinski gave sound advice. Take her up on the counter offer. People are genuinely busy sometimes, and when they are they counter-offer. Don't play games and throw an unneccessary wrench in an otherwise simple process.

I'd take her up on her offer too but she may have changed her mind by acting like a disappointed AFC by first telling her "maybe." You could have just said that you would have to check to see if you were free. Do something like that again and she'll think that you've lost interest.
Set something up for yesterday and the chick flaked on me a few hours before the date with an obvious BS excuse. She showed VERY high interest on our last date and IDK, but it seems that she is playing games with me. Do I next her or give her one more chance?
