This began last Monday but thought Id wait until I was a week into this to post this. The main reason I am postiing this is to keep myself in line. Honestly, I could care less if ANYONE reads this. My goal and dream in life at this early stage of being 19, to play football in college, somewhere, anywhere at any level in January. I have been training CONSISTENTLY since March, but only have I been serious since the 1st week of May. Why am I posting this here? Well I truley believe my drastic changes that I started a week ago will take care of the next most important thing for me, getting pvssy.
Major changes:
No more drinking alcohol--This was mostly a weekend thing
No more smoking weed--this is the longest Ive gone without smoking since I was 15. Aside from when I was on probation for 2 months
No more sex, of any kind-- Yes I have begun practicing celebacy
Ok so Im 5'10 and 174 lbs. I am/was a LB in HS. My playing weight my senior year was 205. My body fat was 23%. It is now down to 10.5% last time I checked.
Bench press: I dont max out, so that I dont get to caught up with that # but it is somewhere between 225-250.
Squat: Again, I dont max out. I usually finish up my 4th set between 315-330
I admit, I am only average in the weight room but pound for pound I know Im the baddest mofo on the field, and I play like it. This is why I know that some dedication in the weight room is what is seperating me from everyone else. I am on my way. My senior year I was 30 lbs heavier but I didnt carry that weight well. I was out of shappe, undiscilpined and let my natural talent get me by. My max bench press my senior year was 205 and my max squat was 345. Ive lost 30 lbs in an effort to cut body fat be4 building muscle mass
My goal: Put on 15-20 lbs of muscle by January
I will not touch weed, alcohol or my penis until July at the very earliest. Its time to focus! Football is what spurred this, but finding myself is another big thing I am loooking forward to. Im sick of being generally confused and unsure about seemingly everything. I believe that I am at an age right now that will do a lot to determine what kind of person I become and I will no longer allow the momnet to get iin the way of my future.
Workout schedule:
Monday-Friday, alternating from Chest/Shoulders to Legs/back. Whatever I do 3 days one week, I will do 2 the next.
Supplements and Food:
Id like some advice here if anyones got any. I am very disciplined when it comes to my eating habits and have been for about 6 months. I eat every 2-3 hours, I get 20-30 grams of protein every meal. I was taking NO2 and creatine for a couple months in the beginning of the year. For the last month Ive been taking weight gainers but have seen no results. My plan is to get back on Creatine and NO2 and buy some protein shakes. My dad is always harping on me about getting that calorie intake up and there is no other way of gaining weight, but it still doesnt seem to be working. I tell him Im somewhet worried about eating too much fatty foods that would give me those calories but he tells me with as much as Im working out that I will not get fat and I am burning lots of calories. Right now, I am getting upwards of 4,000 calories a day with the weight gainers that I will soon be getting off of. I find it nearly impossible to find time in the day to get more calories but it seems I have no choice
Steroids is not an option!
The next 2 months will be very key for me, probably the 2 most important months of my young life. I will keep this updated if for nothing else but to keep myself in line
