I will be following my exact "EATING GUIDE" and the basic principles of DIESEL'S "BULKING GUIDE".
It's the holidays now and a lot of you are on break from school. I suggest you use this time to get your body as sexy as can be before the next semester. When you go back to school and the ladies see your new body, damn they will drooool everywhere.
