I'm starting a new Bulking Program on monday after taking 2 weeks off for finals and studying.

Current BF ::: 10.5%
Current Weight ::: 166 lbs
Year to Date Gain ::: 29 lbs.


GOAL FOR THIS CYCLE ::: 175 lbs.

I will be working out 3-4 days a week (M,T,Th,F) and training like a badass mofo. My exact split and routine I haven't completed yet but when I do, I will post it. This cycle will last 8 weeks.

I will be following my exact "EATING GUIDE" and the basic principles of DIESEL'S "BULKING GUIDE".



It's the holidays now and a lot of you are on break from school. I suggest you use this time to get your body as sexy as can be before the next semester. When you go back to school and the ladies see your new body, damn they will drooool everywhere.

wouldnt it be better to use glutamine when you cut

so when you are decreasing calories you will not be as sore 1-2s post workout?

I use Glutamine when I bulk, when I cut, when I'm taking a dump. I pretty much use glutamine for everything I do. I actually took it alone once when I was in a dirtbike accident and I felt like I healed up faster. It's good stuff... use it all the time... 5-10g a day is sufficient.

there aren't any studies that disagree with this statement, either... no long term studies have been conducted yet b/c creatine supplements are still a relatively new product.

Nice try, at trying to be all scientific, though.. but no cigar.

Creatine cycling is irrelevant... once you load it's in you for at least a month after.. so all you need is a maintenance dose.. if you go off it for more than a month, you have to start all over again..

creatine aren't friggin' roids.

there have been many short term studies done though.

and the only study that proved that creatine was "dangerous" really only proved that creatine needed to be cycled.

though the long term affects of creatine cannot and have not been proved yet, it is doubtful that there will be any,

but there is proof that it needs to be cycled or else their can be an unhealthy buildup in your kidneys.

as far as i know, there have been no studies what so ever that concluded that creatine needs to be cycled, want to prove me wrong? feel free to do so with links to the so-called study.

Until then, i'll stick to my belief that creatine can be taken without cycling.

not bashing u or anything just wanted to point that out.. cuz if i could gain a lot over 2 weeks id eat more then the fattest man on earth :D. but anyways.. im still gonna try none the less.

Well my break happens to be 6 weeks... and even if yours is 2 weeks long, it's still a start.... just keep doing it once school starts.
