I'm going HAM at self improvement. So much that I have been confronted by friends and family members. WHY CHANGE? That's what they ask me, they ask me that flat out. People don't like change. It makes them insecure if they aren't doing it too.
This is the start of my log here. I am popular on other internet forums but I want to try to keep this separate as possible(the other forums are not related in any way and my username is different). I am posting this so maybe there is someone out there like me that can get some motivation from my posts.
6'2-6'3
Late 2009 - 138lb with maybe 10% bodyfat.
2010-2011 - 172lb, a lot of body fat. I got pissed and did something about it.
2012 - 150lb(still no lifting of any kind, just cardio). I got shat on my some ***** because i was a beta fgt. Some friend sent the DJ bible and that's all I needed. I set out to become a Don Juan.
June 2013 - lifting begins. I think I was benching 10lbs on each side of the bar LOL
Jan 31 2014 - 192lbs
Feb. 18 2014 - 162lbs. yes, i cut like a motherfcer. http://eatingacademy.com kept 80% strength
April 15 2014 - 157lbs. 8-pack abs but I'm still regarded as "skinny" by guys that have lifted more than a year.
15 day bulk starts here
I am about 165lbs and my bench went up significantly. I went from basically zero carbs to lots of rice. 8-pack is gone but you can still see abs. Girls don't blatantly stare anymore when I'm at the pool or beach, but that's fine because it all comes off when I cut.
I am going to bulk 1-2 more weeks and then try to cut out the carbs while maintaining strength.
Bulking diet: 3000kcal or more, 170g+ protein
Cutting diet: Strictly ketogenic. There are no cheat days.
