hey, do you have a workout routine sorted out? if so post it up if you want for suggestions..

This journal is ace. Most people starting up a journal fill them with fluff about their lives, their goals and crap. You just say "my lifting journal" and get right into action. :up:

Would be kinda good if you posted routine and diet so people can get a fair understanding of how you have planned to lift.

How is posting your goals considered crap?

He may be trying to bulk on 2000cals a day doing hours of cardio and trying to increase strength by doing lots of isolation exercises.

If we don't know his goals then the people on here cant help him that much

Just thought it was a breath of fresh air thats all to go straight into the action, wanted to give him a slap in the back for getting to the gym. :) Goals are important, so is routine and diet. In the beginning you need to get consistency for going to gym and form on exercises down anyways. So plenty of time to learn about goals and routines.
