Well heres basically the only thing that holds me back when I start interacting with girls...my body size. Seriously Im even get paranoid while kissing them and cuddling with them because they arent feeling the body that I know they want. I weigh 135 at age 16 5'11", and it is extremely hard for me to gain any weight or muscle. Im by no means ugly, I get comments all the time from girls about my looks but still I have really skinny wrists, forearms, biceps, basically everything, I think its what I eat, and I dont really hit the gym that often. I usually just wear sweathshirts/hoodies/layers of clothing so it makes it look like im not that skinny, and Im fvcking tired of it. What are good things for me to eat, like meats, vegetables, fruits, everything and how much should I eat it a day? I dont get full real easily, so I can eat about 5-7 meals a day if I can be persistent and actually have the right foods to eat. Im heading up to the grocery store early in this week, so what are some recommended products that can help me gain weight and get bigger? Thanks guys.

I am in the same seat as you, and I have just started

http://www.skinnyguy.net - Legit site - Pook says he gained a lot of lbs of pure muscle using this method, and he started out skinny too.

You should eat 175-200 g of protein and chock your body with around 3000 calories per day perhaps even more, eat every third hour. I had a hard time eating that much but now a week later my body has adjusted. Remember to drink alot to, a lot. It helps the protein to disolve I have heard.

Good things to eat I have heard are fish, all forms of white meat for protein and some fats you need. I eat almost anything as long as it is not junk food and I make sure I get all the things I need every day.

To gain muscle (again, what I have heard) forget 15+ reps, use heavy lifting 4-8 reps as diesel says in his guide, if you can lift more than eight, increase the weight, if you can't lift four, decrease the weight. Train 3 times a week, but since you are 16 shouldn't you take it easy with weight lifting?

Be mindful about what people say at the gym, most training programs are not designed for you since you have such a fast metabolism, most are designed for people who want to loose fat in the process. And those are totally useless for you since your body process food like a freakin nuclear reactor. Just a reminder.

And the most important thing is that you are consistent all the time, mood is for women and children you have to go to the gym even if you do not feel like it, and stop yourself from going there to often.

That's the things I have been told.

ur not the only skinny guy out there. i see tons of skinny tall guys. i myself was skinny at one point, too, though not tall, but i made good effort into getting bigger and now i am.

u need to learn about nutrition for mass gain and also weight training. read DIESELS guide. it's good and concise. too bad he left, but if u have any questions ask.
