Yeah --- my friend pushed me in a pool with all my clothes on tonight. I had a brand new $500 cell phone in my pocket and my truck keys w/ alarm. I can't start my car w/o my alarm and it didn't work afterwards. My cell phone was dead -- obviously and he left the house after pushing me in.

Someone's getting his nose broken when I see him next. $650 of damage doesn't go un-noticed.

Oh wow, don't do something you will regret. I would certainly tell him in a very serious way about how what he did was childish and fvccked up. But don't hit him it won't work in your favor.

Try taking the phone and alarm thing apart the best you can. take a hairdryer and blow them dry. that should make the alarm thing work, the phone? well hope for the best.

Before you do that...

Aggressively demand him to pay for your damages. If he refuses, knock him around a bit, and then ask him.

Isn't this a forum about "getting some"? Drag his arse on "Judge Judy" or something. :D

^^Yeah that would just be hillarious.

Dude, if someone did that to me, i would have kicked the sh1t out of them that very night. I would be at his house, creeping in the bushes, waiting for him to arrive home. And i would fucc his grill up. You got made a fool of. Not only did he damage your pride he destroyed your property, you were insulted to the ultimate degree.

Now, im not trying to instigate but if he gets away with this sh1t what makes you think he's not going to do it to someone else, or even to you AGAIN.

Ahh **** what made it even worse was I was wearing a $50 tie and slacks. So much for them.

I walked out from the living room and they were trying to push some other guy in the pool when all the sudden i got shoved from behind (thats how this guy works... he'll do everything behind your back).

I left the house before I did anything stupid. I wasn't exactly sober at the time so I couldn't of put up a fair fight anyways. He will pay for my phone or he will get what he deserves -- and I'll leave it at that.

$500 cellphone?? Damn!

I'd demand straight-up that he pay for that. If I destroyed a friend's property, even inadvertently, I would still take responsibility for it. I understand he was having a bit of fun, but sometimes you have to think further than that...I'd never just push someone into the pool without relieving them of their electronics first.

If he doesn't, well...maybe he's not your friend.

Still...the time to kick his ass, if you REALLY wanted to (and you probably didn't) was then and there. If you come back now and jump him for it, that's a b**ch move.

You can probably win this in small claims court if he refuses to pay. Best to have at least one witness, though.

How is THAT a b1tch move? What this guy pulled was a fuccin b1tch move and if you think that coming back for revenge is a b1tch move, well then your just a b1tch and are probably the guy who did it, or at least someone who would do something like that.

He should've settled it then and there...not waited and then came back to kick the guy's azz. That's just how I feel. If you have to come back, after the initial anger has subsided, and do some physical damage on someone, you're a punk.

If you attack someone, it should be in the anger of the moment (not that violence is ever an answer), but if you pre-meditate a physical attack on someone to solve your problems, it's a punk move in my opinion. Unless it's someone who raped your mom or something serious like that and you feel like dealing out some "street justice."

It's a damned phone. Get him to pay. If he won't, take him to court. There are lots of witnesses. Physical violence is no longer an option at this point, and it doesn't bring the phone back, nor is it going to make you feel any better. When you get home, you'll have bloody hands and a shorted-out phone. Have fun.

1. seeing as he left after he pushed you in, this person is a coward, not a friend.

2. since he's not your friend, take his ass to small claims court or sue him for the damages

3. once you collect from this prick, slug him in the face, hard!

4. drop that faggot like a bad habit. he can't be trusted, "friends" don't pull that shyt on friends.

The best way to deal with this is to get the guilt going on with him. Let him know he needs to do what's right and pay for what he damaged.

What ever he values as a person whether it is "fairness" "integrity" "a good friend"

I suggest at the begining of the convo or somehow when you talk to him next make a comment like, Hey (friend name) I don't know what i would do without you you are a good friend, or something like that, that reinforces his "self-image".

Therefore when you make the request for him to pay up a 5 or 10 minutes later. If he were to not accept or be dishonest it would go against the "self-image" you just reinforced. And as Human beings we must stay congruent with our self-image always.

This is straight out of the book of "Get anyone to do anything" by David J. Leiberman (good book)

If he's one of those irresponsible kids who can't control their money well. Then GOOD LUCK.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

Call him a good friend? FVCK NO. He either pays up or gets his nose broken. That's his choice not mine. And whoever said it's a b1tch move to go back -- no way in hell is it a b1tch move. ... HE LEFT AFTERWARDS. Like a little pvssy that he is.

My phone was $500 when I first bought it (Motorola T720). Unfortunately it doesn't give head Starman -- haha!. Luckily now it was only $250.... but that was some of my vegas money for next weekend.

There's a few things I might do ---

1) Call him and tell him to pay up.

2) Put his car on blocks and hide the wheels until he pays me.

3) Break his fvcken nose and steal his wallet.

4) Take him to small claims court.

I won't accept anything else. He is a DEAD MAN WALKING.
