My Current Thoughts on Noobies and Their Posts

Recently i have seen a harsh backlash on new members of this board.

And yes i too had become frusturated with all their writings and what seemed like simple questions

but i think its time that we stop just saying "read the bible" and practically telling them to go fvck a tree.

if it wasnt for someone answering my noobie question when i first came here then i would have never pushed myself to where i am today

think about when you first came here, did you have all the answers...? if someone hadnt set you along the DJ path where would you be...? and how thankful are you that you that they answered your question and that you kept reading on...?

also thanks to some other noobies posts back when i first came (and even some today), i had a chance to work on my game and learn through helping others with their problems.

We are here to help ourselves and supposedly to help others in this online community.

if a friend asked you for help on your HW would you throw a book at him and tell him to crack it open and figure it out himself or would you spend the 5minutes to help him out?

We should be helping these ppl out instead of yelling 3 words of advice to them. or give them some help and suggest reading the bible, they are hurting themselves if they dont.

if you dont wanna help then dont reply, but to burn someone for a lack of knowledge that you may of just of grasped is wrong. And i am guilty of it myself.

but i think that we need to change how things are done here a little so that we arent just pushing everyone away that doenst have a complicated problem

I would help my friend with his homework, but the newb questions asked here is like your friend asking you what 2+2 is. I'm sure we would throw a book at him if he said that.

When I came here, i read the bible first... because I had respect and I wanted to learn. Maybe if people showed enough respect for me and my beloved bible.
If they had come and asked a decent question, like "i read the bible, approached this girl, got her number but she said that she would be out of town in 2 days, when should i call her?" Instead of, "A girl smiled at me, can i get her to like me?" we wouldn't have to flame... it's clearly stated. And yelling read the bible saves me precious time

I am reluctant to spend my time helping out someone that wouldn't spend there time browsing the bible

the question might seem like 2+2 to your but t them it might seem like calculous. This istes here for learning no matter how easy that learning might seem to you.
