I finally hit my goal of 8x6 after almost 3 years of non stop PE. I'm officially porn star size... I'm going to post some links to the sites where I found my routine and guidance from ppl who are experts at it! It's all free just like the forums here... I will warn you though, most of these sites are not RedPill friendly... They have forums that ppl post on looking for advice on women and they absolutely preach bluepill... So don't waste your time trying to convert them!
If you're wondering I was 6.5x4.5 when I started. Don't let anyone tell you that it's not possible either. Nothing is impossible with the right information and alot of will power!

I've added over an inch in length and around the same in girth since I started PE.

I started with jelquing, moved on to the Bathmate / Phallosan and am now hanging.

What was your routine like OP?

Urgh, I'm only 6 inches so I have looked into finding a way to just get to 8 inches and I'll be good! But I haven't found anything that reasonably works, does this stuff really work or is it just bullshyt?

From all of the research I've done, there's no way to change it.

Medically speaking, you can create hypertrophy of penis tissue through stretches and engorgement, but you can also injure yourself. To my knowledge there are no large scale credible studies addressing "PE" techniques and their efficacy. There are surgical methods, but they are not well-defined in the literature and of course carry some big risks.

Anecdotally speaking, the OP isn't the first guy I've heard claim PE exercises really work. I'll admit I even did them myself for a few 3-4 week periods, although I never saw anything really measurable in the way of gains.

I've made peace with my d!ck and it's more than enough for Mrs. Colossus, so I'm free to focus on actual sex and not how big my schlong is or isn't.

This stuff absolutely works... Do a little research and you'll see for yourself.... It takes time and a huge amount of commitment. Read through the success forums on PeGym and you can see 5+years of data and testimony.

My routine always consisted of stretching and jelqing. I used a X4 labs stretcher for about 1200 hours and I also hang once to twice a week...
But, to be honest most of my gains came from jelqing and edging. Basically I did a routine called the JP90 but I changed it to suit my growth and needs over the years...

How many minutes/hours a days do you exercise your ding dong?

Takes me 40 min on average... that includes a 10 minute rice sock warm up and a 5 min rice sock warm down... Unless I was hanging,then it took about 70-90minutes doing 3-4 20 minute sets with heat and light jelqing in between...
I'm currently on a maintenance schedule where I just jelq 2 times a week...
Going to go full steam ahead next year with my bib hanger and try for 9'' in less than a year... I was hanging 25lbs when I stopped about a month ago... it took me 9 months to work up to that...

In other words, guys seriously risk damaging themselves and causing even more penile anguish by trying enlargement techniques that have only brought forth anecdotal results.

I wouldnt risk this even if I was smaller. Luckily Im above average but not too large that I hurt many women.
