When you eat, eat smaller portions. Eat less frequently. Eat healthier. Drink cold water when you're hungry. Drink water when you're not hungry. Eliminate caffeine from your diet. Eliminate carbonation from your diet. Get enough exercise.

you know they do say....if you dont drink enough water daily, the body fools itself into thinking that its hungry. but in reality what it really needs is water.

When I hear the word "munchies" the first thing that comes to my mind is junk food. Junk food will make you crave more junk food if it's your primary source of nutrition.

If you are working out, eat more protein. Several small portions a day will keep you from getting that munchie craving. Eat your veggies, drink your milk and have a little junk, just as long as it's not just to support a craving.

Balance is the key here. If you are truly hungry, you probably either starving yourself or you aren't eating nutritional food. Changing your eating habits will give you more energy and a better physique.
