I decided to make journal about my improvement, and I say this forum is PURE GOLD

My weight: 86 Kg
I hate my current body :cuss:
It's hard to buy clothes, and sometimes I'm not confident to see myself in a mirror or in photo. **** :box:

I've into self-help world 6 years ago. I've collected sooo many materials. Now I'm going to revised it and work on it. Damn!! I want to live in a sexual abundance!!
I also use subliminal, Alpha Male Subliminal Training Set 5.0 4G (I'm not affiliated and/or promote this). This subliminal requires 192 days to complete - 6 stages and 32 days/stage. I let this subliminal going on loop, letting it to change my subconscious mind while I'm doing conscious exercises.
So folks, I'm going to use EFT and using this affirmation
