I suggest people must post at least 10 posts to existing threads before they can actually be illigible to start a new thread. This will be eliminating those troll posters like this, or this, or this

I understand the need but a guy can get into one flame war and have enough credits to start countless theads.

Some forums require that the first two posts of a new user must be approved by a moderator.
That is even better....

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

I dunno. I think things are good as they are. Lets say there is some rule of implementation prior to creating a first thread. People can and often will change over time and all of a sudden think trolling is a good idea. It's an unpredictable thing that's bound to happen sooner or later landing us back at square one. The moderaters here enforce as necessary, locking threads, reviewing who should be banned etc etc. That's why we have moderators. The internet is a big vast thing that millions of people have acess to. Let the police men do their policing and the rest of us should focus on how we behave.
