muscles help but dont despire if u dont like weight lifting

then dont..just stay active enuf to hold a good shape.


dont be skinny men arent ment to be skinny.

but dont be fat..just be a good size.....10 to 15 percent body fat isnt terrible...well below league average :)

but working out helps to!

I don't go to the gym but I do 2 sets of 30 pushups a day plus dumbell weightlifting for biceps and triceps. I also run 3 miles once a week at local park. I'm still skinny but I got at least minimal muscle contour protrusion :)

If you want to get notice and girls say "Can I touch it or feel it" then work out and get Big.

If you want to look like a whimp and you eat every other day then stay super skinny.

If you want to get notice in the wrong way then stay fat.



Working Out gives you a confident and ego boost.

It’s just like a Peacock.

The more colors a Peacock has the more female peacocks it attracts.

Same thing with muscles the more you have the more attention, attraction and looks you’re going to get.

And don't be surprise if its not just from hot girls but all sorts of people because people in America aren't use to seeing people in shape with big muscle. Most people in America are fat.

I just started lifting again, and workout every 2 days. I only do compound lifts: power cleans, jerks, deadlifts, squats, military press, bench press. I do not do all of these lifts in the same week. For example: I don't squat and deadlift in the same week.

Lifting is great, running is great, walking is great. Anything that gives you a heazy release of endorphins (runners high) is great. It is like a drug.

Workout so you have more energy to **** girls (how many of you are actually doing this)
Muscles might get you girls every once in a while, if you have nothing else, and if there is no good seducer around.

jeez man, first marriage and LTRs are great, now working out is not necessary...

women do prefer skinny over a guy with a gut form my personal observations.

but seriously, working out for fitness/health (not looks) reasons is key. Thats what makes you better.

Yeah working out is a must. I work out 3 times a week, besides making yourself look better, you feel a lot better about yourself.

dont feel bad, its just his way of justifying the potbelly he's been growing sitting home with his g/f INSTEAD OF RUNNING AROUND SARGING HBs LIKE HE SHOULD!!!

yea :) my pot belly at 10 percent body fat...


then agian thats at 5' 6" :eek:

I lift, but i'm not into it hardcore. I wish i had a lifting partner and a membership to the gym, and maybe then i would get into it more.


I don't think ladies notice, unless your at the beach or on myspace...lol. So i wouldn't worry about it.

Im underweight, but in a sexy way.

Broad shoulders, you can see the muscles & veins.

Plus i can eat all i want and i can still feel my 6 pack...oooh yeaah.

Confidence higher than ever. too bad i gave up working out.

You're statement here is a logical fallacy. Just because there are people with guts who get tang and in shape guys who don't doesn't mean being in great shape doesn't help you get women...cause clearly it does. Obviously there are many more variables than fitness/body appearance to be accounted for in getting women.

That being said anyone who is going to try and say that being in shape won't greatly aid in getting more women of higher quality is boarding on delusional.
