Hey everyone, I've been a long time reader of this website, but never really checked the fitness forum since I use to be a frequent member of the M&F forum. But I started to pop in here every now and then, and notice that people post their workout guides. Well over 3 years ago M&F ran a challenge to see who could get in shape within 3 months. It was called the Rock Hard Challenge, and this when I took the challenge to get into better shape although I wasn't even out of shape. I found some of the guides I use to use and decided to post them for members here to download.
There are to different types of guides I have for you guys. One is the Rock Hard Challenge; this is a 3-month program that is designed to get you whipped into shape ASAP. Although I myself wouldn't recommend it for the first timer, I do however recommend it for people like myself who have been working out for a bit and is tired of there routine and want a change. In the guides, it gives everything from eating right to lifting right. The only problem is I seem that I can’t find the third month on my PC, but I'll go ahead and post and see if I can find it later.
The second guide is the ULTRA guide, which is a 9-month guide, and great for beginners. It starts you off slow and gives a good description on what to eat during the different work out routines. I broke the d/loads down into three different downloads due to the sizes. All guides are zipped together, and are PDF files.
