Weightlifting is important, but I think that it is sometimes overvalued. I mean, don't get me wrong, I wrok out a lot, but Ithink that there is a logical idea tht most people don't realize but would benefit immensely from. A lot of us do have six packs, but they are hidden by layers of fat. Working out is good, but if you want some god abs without spending grueling hours in the gym, realize that if you run a few miles a day on a regular basis, or swim, you may just discover that you do have a nice six-pack, it was only covered up though. Still, working out helps, but there is no need to spend loads of hours in there, espcially if you are at least a little athletic.

So basically you're saying we don't need to hit the gym for a sixpack.

Bit of a contradiction in terms there, don't you think? You work out but you don't think it's necessary?

In any case, EVERYONE has a sixpack. All you need to do is lose the fat to make it show.

You can get ripped and have abs showing through intense sprints or something similar as you say like swimming. You'll just never be particularly big.

If it's a sixpack you're after, check your diet and cardio.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
