Ok I'm cutting at the moment. Or I'm trying to.
So my goal is not to eat unhealthy food and practice 4-5 days a week.
But now I've started working, so I cant stick to healthy food all the time. So i ate some sweets, and now my motivation is all gone. Now I'm eating candy like a damn pig. Any tips on how to stay motivated?

Get a scale. Measure your progress daily. If the scale has a body fat indicator, that's even better. It's a huge motivator to put your daily readings into a spreadsheet and see a trend downward.

I wouldn't just use a scale, I'd take body measurements too. We all know that muscle weighs more than fat so the weight alone will not tell the entire story. This comes into play once it seems that you aren't loosing nearly as much weight or maybe even gaining. Measure those muscles and compare your finding to your initial measurements and you may be pleasantly surprised.

Very true, although he said he was cutting so I assumed his goal was to lose weight. If you're trying to cut fat and build muscle, use a scale that measures body fat. I have a scale by Tanita that is pretty good.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I got the Tanita BF680 scale at Amazon.com. It was about $53. You maybe able to find cheaper ones.

A body fat scale measures your BF by sending an electrical signal through your body. It compares how long the signal takes to travel with your height, and can measure your BF (something to do with the amount of water in fat....I don't recall the exact physics).

The only downside is that you'll want to make sure you're sufficiently hydrated before measuring yourself. Being dehyrdrated can screw up the reading a little.

Bring your own lunch and food items that ARE healthy to work with you.

Take a picture of yourself without a top on and look at it everyday and really look at yourself and say "I DONT WANT TO SEE THIS FAT AGAIN"

We all have lapses and binge sometimes. Just remember that you probably used to eat like that on a daily basis. One day of cheating won't break you, just get back on the wagon.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

Hi Rapsta,

Focus on what you will get if you stick to your cutting plan.

Think about the whole world of pain you're in if you don't achieve your goal, that should keep you on track.

think about people that are almost DIEING from hunger.....not just feeling like dieing but really are......people that are so hungry that they eat things equal to ****.........they would LOVE to eat a cutting diet. people who never were drinking with friends in a club/party. and people like me think alcohol is a essential human need??! people in the society think that it must be a very bad life if you can't eat candys and fast food. how ****ed up in the brain are they? AS IF EATING HEALTHY IS THE END OF THE WORLD. COMPARED TO WHAT SOME OTHER PEOPLE HAVE TO GO THROUGH IT IS A ****ING JOKE. ONLY BECAUSE THE COMPANIES HAVE MADE US TO PVSSYS THAT WE BUY THEIR **** FOOD DO WE THINK THIS WAY. BUT IT IS JUST A ****ED UP LIE.....JUST TAKE A LOOK AT ALL THE "HAPPY" PEOPLE THAT DRINK AND EAT TO GET LITTLE BIT OF PLEASURE AND THAT A LOT OF PAIN. ARE THEY HAPPY?? PVSSYS CAN NEVER BE REALLY HAPPY IN LIFE

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.
