Ive lost weight by running and lifting. problem is i cant motivate myself anymore and Im depressed alot now. Ive tried putting my pic up of being fat and stuff but i just cant seem t motivate myself into doing nothing. Its really bothering me. I ant get my fat ass up and to the gyma nymore. How the hell can i keep going? I only need to lose like 10 more lbs of fat to be at a good weight.

You're 14, you just hit adolescence and you're still growing. You weight could fluctuate like a motherfucker without exercising. I was overweight when I was a kid and then I got strep throat and didn't eat for a week. That made me look like a scrawny guy. Sure it wasn't healthy, but it actually helped in the long run. I'm not saying to go get strep throat or anything, but during your age, anything can happen to your weight. You still have inches maybe a foot to grow tall. Just chill.

If you're seriously into it, take it slow, get up run and do something. Join a sport, it's summer, quit worrying about your weight, no one else cares. Also, losing 10 pounds of fat is hard work, since you'll be losing a lot of muscle with losing that fat.

well, you want to lose another 10? dont sweat it [no pun intended] and just take it easy. I agree with watching films with people who are ripped... it motivates me sometimes, atleast.

I also find that I *need* the excersize and the weights if I dont do it enough.. I start to get a bit on edge and slightly agressive until I hit the weights again. As soon as I do that, I'm a passive little creature again, heh

Your body already lost alot of weight (Im guessing) and its probably starving for some growth expecially given your age where you prduce alot of growth hormones. I'd suggest giveing it some time and put on som muscle weight almost exuivalen to the weight you used to be when fat then start back cuttin again. Whats you height and eight BTW.
