welll... i want to lose like 15-20 lbs before summer hits... if i do that ill have like 5% body weight, and will look super ripped for the beach etc.. right now im skinny.. but i want the six pack to bulge out and to lose some fat weight.. but gain some muscle weight..
My prob is.. i'm always thinking yeah yeah when monday hits im gonna start working out etc etc... my prob is i have like zero motivation.. what gets u guys motivated and what kind of workouts should should i be doing that gives the most results?
Also how should I eat? Like should I eat as little as possible or what? I'm basically looking for an awesome eating/workout program + motivation... but i dont want to go out and buy special foods, should I just like cut down to only breakfast at 6.. then lunch at noon? and dont eat for the rest of the day? I tried that but I get massive headaches?
