I've decided to start working out in the morning, and everytime I do I get nauscious (sp?) about half way through. I know it's because I have an empty stomach, but I thought you were supposed to wait 30mins or so before you work out after eating. I was just wondering what might eliminate this.

Thanks,
HeavyP

You could either;

A: A protein shake
B: very small breakfast ( mostly protein )
C: Get used to it.

I would do option A, but it will still take some time for you to get used to it, remember, your body has been busy all night long, and after that your gonna punish it even more.

Get up a bit earlier, make sure you stretch well, and have SOMETHING to eat.

Everyone advocates working out or doing cardio on an empty stomach, and then tells everyone breakfast is the most important meal of theday because your body has been starved of food and needs a boost to get it ready for the long sunlight hours.

If you enjoy making yourself feel sick a lot, knock yourself out. Otherwise, have atleast a few carbs/protein and a banana or something.

DONT eat while you work out, it'll make you feel even more sick. Eat before hand.

Thanks for the replys guys, but If I eat as soon as I wake up, should I wait a while before I do my work out? Or just get to it?

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

Sound advice. Eating while you work out is generally frowned upon... both by your body and gym management. :p
