Does anyone feel alot more confident during and after an intense workout? I was doing deadlifts today and some chick was doing her incline flys with her 2.5 ilb dumbells on a bench across from me lol...anyways, after my set i sat down and made ec. She was pretty hot so normally i'd think i have no chance and shift my glance away, but for some reason i just kept staring at her, then slowly smiled and winked. She smirked though so i assumed i had no chance and didn't approach, but the fact remains i wasn't afraid/nervous around her, like i usually am around hot girls. I also get super aggressive lol, like i wanna stare every guy down and stuff.

Anyone else noticed this? Also when i go to the gym feeling down, when i come out i'll be happy and contented. Can anyone explain this? Is it because of the testosterone increase or something?

Anyways just share any similiar experiences you've had, if you've had any.

MY reality
Yeah, I usually feel the same way when I work out.

From my experience, doing some intense weight lifting or anaerobic exercise tends to make me feel more confident and aggressive. Intense cardio makes me feel very relaxed, like I'm stoned. They both improve your mood and relieve stress pretty well.

This is just a temporary spike in testosterone.

You will re-discover your TRUE SELF in an hour, when your testosterone levels subside again. Then you will be your normal, passive, scared, subdued self.

There are TONS of ****y ass kids/bytches who think they're real tough after putting up a few bench presses (they're nothing, in fact). That's because they get a surge in testosterone and they feel very aggressive, and that they could do anything, like lift a mountain, approach a babe, etc. It's just chemical confidence, and that's fake. Kind of like taking drugs.

What you need to do is not rely on surges of testosterone, but gradually raise your base level of Testosterone. That will make you naturally and consistently more confident. This is achieved by adding muscle mass and staying lean.

jake explained it well

just now, since i've got a high muscle-fat ratio my base level of testosterone is pretty high and i do get a ****load of testosterone during and straight after workouts and also after other things that get my adrenaline up.

one of the main reasons i go to the gym is for that feel-good effect.
