well i try the following tonight

battle preparation

ZMA stack

after battle

-puke
-double ZMA stack
-multimineral
-whey shake


what do you think will it be a good workout tomorrow, will my muscles be able to grow over night or will the effect of the alcohol in my bloodstream be to horrible? will it influence my testo levels or will the insane ZMA take care? 300mg zinc hmm thats almost dangerous is it too much? ZMA=400mg magnesium+100mg zinc(self mixed)

what are your suggestion let me hear em bros

Make sure you're not getting too much Zinc and Magnesium from both the ZMA and the Multi. That stuff can mess up your liver in excess.

Thats an incredibly high amount of magnesium. 100mg is a relatively high dose by itself, and then you add two more and then a multimineral?

How exactly did you come up with this. i dont imagine this would help with anything to be honest. why not control your drinking?

100mg of zinc is insane. Thats way too much.

Here are some tips because I've been drinking for years!

1) The danger area when you go out is when friends take turns buying rounds of drinks. You almost always end up trying to match the number of drinks your heaviest and fastest drinking friend will take in

2) So cut back on your drinking. I haven't drank much the past year or so due to working on finishing another masters degree. Now I can get a buzz on alot less drinks.

3) Drinking too much hurts me the most by making me sleep in alot later, miss nutritious meals and maybe even skip workouts.

Through the years many times I've been at a bar and you can notice someone who is obviously a bodybuilder and they will be the ones sipping water but still having a blast. Be that guy.
