HI. I am planning to mini-dirty-bulk. Not necessarely(sp?) eat EVERTHING i see in sight, but more like if i am somewhere with no access to healthy food, just eat fast food or brownies ect. But also running 3-4 times a week(30 min running). Im still going to watch my protein intake, not really everything else. Of course im not going to eat fast food everyday, maybe like 1-2 times a week. I have to gain about 25 lbs and also increase stamina in the mile. I am planning to join the army, so i have to work on my 2-mile-run. I am between a ectomorph-mesomorph, but more on the meso side. So question is possible to eat like this, but with that cardio, without adding TOO much fat?
