I was drinking a glass of milk today and looked at the nutritional information on the package.

3.3g protein per 100ml. That means you get 33g of Protein per 1 Litre of milk!

Wow! Thats as good as an MRP isnt it?

But how hard is it to drink a litre of milk at any one time?

Well, it depends on the MRP but usually you won't get equal nutrient ratios. I'd say its better to add a scoop of whey to it if you want an MRP. I stay away from milk personally because dairy products can give your skin a bloated look, and milk also contains simple sugars. Some guys drink a lot of milk when trying to gain weight and have a lot of success, so decide for yourself.

its' all up to what you like.

I mix in some whey protien with my milk 3 times a day, every day.

It's worked for me in the past as well as now.

Drink what you want, but try to stay away from things like soda and those juices with 2percent juice in them. They are a waste of money and not really good for you.
