hey guys,

im 18, male, virgin. masturbate about once or twice per week. recently during mb, i notice that there is a slight pain in my left testicle. it is annoying but not unbearable, and it goes away after i finish. after testing it, i think my left epididymis is swolen. the thing is it feels perfectly fine if i dont mb, and its been like this for about 1 month now. should i be concerned? is it epididymitis (mild one perhaps?)

It depends. If you go a relatively long time between ejaculations (e.g., could be as little as 3-4 days), then there is a lot of sperm to move, and you could feel some strong sensations there (which could be interpreted as mild pain.) Try doing it once a day and see if it any different.

The epididymitis is not a big problem, but testicular cancer is. It's always a good idea to see a physician if a strange pain erupts.

It really is better safe than sorry with that stuff man, testicle cancer can kill you, you should get it checked up, even if it turns out to be a false alarm, its worth the waste of time it takes to reassure confidence
