I have decided to get this procedure done form my dermatologist, combined with a laser treatment.

I had bad acne in high school and went on accutane for it. It cleared up completely but there is still some redness, small pits (very unnoticable) and the like. This procedure will even out my skin tone and make those pits a lot less noticable.

I also have a scar on my cheek that I am getting laser surgery on. You can't really even notice that but it bothers me to the point where I'll pony up and get it to look as good as possible.

Well... i pretty much came across some money and want to look as good as possible. I mgiht even get chin liposuction done to strengthen my jawline.

Anyone ever have these procedures done? I'd like to hear from you.

I havn't (obviously cause of my age), but it's good your taking the initiative to make yourself look and feel better. Remember though that confidence comes from the inside, looks just add to it from an ego perspective.

I am already a fairly confident guy buy I do get a bit self-conscious when talking to new people (especially women). So it'll remove most of that hopefully. Its more for me than anyone else. I gotta stare at myself everyday so I might as well look as good as possible.

It's fairly xpensive but well worth it to me. The dermabrasion is $125 a session (I'll need 8-12 sessions). The chin lipo is $1,300 and I'll never get fat in that area again. And the laser surgery is $1200. There's no downtime on the derm or the laser surgery and a 2 week downtime on the lipo (you gotta wear a neck mold to chizzle your jawline after surgery during that time).

I'll be looking good by summer hopefully. I'm doing the dermabrasion first... twice a week for 4-6 weeks. Then I'll do the lipo when that's done and a month after that I'll get the laser surgery.

They are all minor imperfections that I'd rather not have :).

Just be happy that you can afford it though, your one of very few.
